1988

1995

  • The company issued a bonus to existing shareholders and warrant holders in the ratio of one share against every share or warrant held.
  • The company increased its manufacturing capacity to 10,80,000 pairs of shoes per annum.
  • The company produced 9,27,948 pairs of shoes during the year.
  • The company launched Tuffs and Cactus brands in the market through its wholly owned subsidiary Phoenix Industries Limited.
  • The company signed a manufacturing agreement with Reebok International Ltd for manufacturing shoes under their brand name.

1996

  • The company made an allotment of 80,83,100 bonus shares to equity shareholders.
  • The company had three subsidiary companies: Phoenix Industries Ltd, Park Leather Industries Pvt Ltd, and Phoenix Cement Ltd.
  • The company installed a state-of-the-art and modern plant requiring minimal energy.

1997

  • The company set up a cement project with a capacity to manufacture 3 million tons of cement per annum through its subsidiary Phoenix Cement Limited.

1998

  • The company proposed to set up a 3 MT per annum cement plant project through its subsidiary Phoenix Cement Limited.

1999

  • The company's brands TUFFS and MADAME PHOENIX were successfully established in the domestic market.
  • The company promoted Phoenix Power Development Corporation Limited for setting up 175 MN Liquid Fuel Power Projects in Haryana along with Phoenix Cement Limited.

2000

  • The company entered into an agreement with Software Technology Park of India.
