Phoenix Township Limited Changes Name to HBG Hotels Limited

Phoenix Township Limited has officially changed its name to HBG Hotels Limited with effect from November 4, 2025. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs' Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre approved the name change and issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on the same date. The company operates hotels including Park Inn by Radisson in Goa and Phoenix Island Resort in Kerala. The company is required to display both the old and new names at all locations for a period of two years following the name change.
