Pioneer Investcorp Reports Quarterly Financial Results for Quarter Ended June 30, 2025

Pioneer Investcorp Limited's Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,298.55 lacs, compared to ₹559.40 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the period was ₹318.36 lacs on a standalone basis, significantly higher than ₹53.91 lacs in the previous year's corresponding quarter. On a consolidated basis, total revenue from operations reached ₹1,531.45 lacs versus ₹863.99 lacs in the prior year quarter, with net profit of ₹301.16 lacs compared to ₹328.61 lacs. The company's earnings per share improved to ₹2.18 from ₹0.52 year-over-year on a standalone basis. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved during a board meeting held on August 6, 2025.
