- Undertook works in overhauling and maintenance of gas turbines
2002
- First boiler erection work of capacity 1 X 63 tph and 2 X 165 tph AFBC boilers and ETC of 20.85 MW and 55 MW steam turbine generators.
2004
- First AMC of 655 MW combined cycle dual fuel based power plant
2007
- The Company was converted into a public limited company as Power Mech-Projects Limited
- A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on October 16, 2007
- Major ETC work of 2 units of thermal power plant of capacity 2 X 600 MW
- Erection of structural steel, steam generator and auxiliaries works for 3 boilers for 4000 MW coal based power plant.
- The registered office of the Company was shifted to 403, Vamsi Rishi Residency, Begumpet, Hyderabad
2009
- Raising of capital in the form of equity and compulsorily convertible preference shares.
- First international work in Libya – erection of 2 gas turbines.
2010
- The Company’s name was changed to Power Mech Projects Limited
- A fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to the change of name was issued by the RoC on November 1, 2010
2011
- Commenced civil and gas turbine erection work at Yemen, Marib worth USD 61 million
- Best safety health and environment award from CLP India Private Limited, Paguthan
- The registered office of the Company was shifted to Plot No. 77, Jubilee Enclave, Opposite to Hitex, Madhapur, Hyderabad with effect from May 22, 2011
2012
- Hydro Magus, the subsidiary was incorporated to undertake EPC works of hydro projects.
