1989

  • The Company entered into a technical collaboration agreement with Tokai Kogyo Company Limited, Japan.
  • The Company established a manufacturing unit at 161, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi.

1992

  • The Company established another manufacturing unit at 70, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi.
  • The Company diversified its product range and commenced Weather shield/Molding belt assembly and windshield Molding production for Maruti Udyog.

1994

  • The Company received the Best Performing Vendor Award for technology group from Maruti Udyog.

1995

  • The Partnership firm was converted into a Public Limited Company under Part IX of the Company Act 1956.
  • The Company received the certificate of commencement of business from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana.

1996

  • The Company signed a manufacturing agreement with Power & Data Corporation Pty. Ltd. Sydney, Australia.
  • The Company started supplies to General Motors India Pvt. Ltd.
  • The Company started supplies to Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd.
  • The Company commenced Weather Strip Production in TPO for Maruti Udyog.
  • The Company received the OHSAS 18001 Certificate from TUV Management Service GmbH.
  • The Company received the 'Outstanding Overall Excellence Award' from Maruti Udyog Limited.

2006

  • The Company received the ISO 14001 Certification by BSI Management System, London for White Goods Industry.

2008

  • Mr. Ashoak Agarwal was appointed as Non-Executive independent Director of the Company.

2011

  • The Board of Directors declared the interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share.

2013

  • Mr. Bhuwan Kumar Chaturvedi and Ms. Vinay Kumari Jain were appointed as Additional Directors of the Company.

2014

  • The name of the Company was changed from Precision Pipes and Profiles Company Limited to PPAP AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED.

2015

  • PPAP Automotive Ltd received the 'SILVER AWARD' in the category of 'DELIVERY' from Honda Cars India Limited.

2017

  • PPAP Automotive bagged the Economic Times Polymers Awards.
