Precot sets Aug 13 record date for AGM voting and dividend

Precot Limited has fixed August 13, 2026, as the record date for its upcoming Annual General Meeting. The register of members will remain closed from August 14 to August 20, 2026.

Precot FY26 net profit falls 31% to ₹358 crore

Precot Limited reported a 31% decline in net profit to ₹358.48 crore for FY26. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share.

PRECOT Reports Mixed Q1 Results with Declining Net Profit but Improved EBITDA Margins

PRECOT reported Q1 consolidated net profit of ₹113 million, down from ₹145 million in the same period last year. However, the company showed improvement in operational efficiency with EBITDA rising 12.86% to ₹285.3 million compared to ₹253 million year-over-year. EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 13.85% from 8.21% in the previous year, representing a 68.64% increase in margin performance.
