Rama Vision Limited Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Kai Manufacturing India

Rama Vision Limited has entered into a Super Stockist Agreement with Kai Manufacturing India Private Limited for exclusive distribution of Kai's products including knives, shavers, beauty care tools, and personal grooming tools. The agreement covers General Trade channels for the Northern Eastern Region of India and Quick Commerce platforms across PAN India. The agreement becomes effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain in force for one year. Rama Vision will have exclusive distribution rights for the defined territories and channels. The parties are not related to promoter/promoter group/group companies, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
