- A project costing Rs 822 lacs was set up for manufacture of draw twisted yarn.
1993
- The project for manufacture of draw twisted yarn was commissioned in May.
- The company booked business worth Rs.78.75 lacs for supply of Polyvinyl Alcohol.
1994
- The operating capacity reached 85% by July.
- The project became fully operational in January.
2012
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to Greentex Clearing House, B-1, 2 & 3, Gosrani Compound, Rehnal Village, Bhiwandi, Thane - 421 302 Maharashtra.
