1965

  • The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956.

1970

  • The company started its operations as a Recognized Export House.

1976

  • The company was converted into a Public Limited Company.
  • The company made an initial public offer of 1,20,000 equity shares at par.

1978

  • The company made its initial foray into Civil Construction, Mechanical and Electrical business lines.

1990

  • The company changed its line of business from export house to EPC business.

1998

  • The registered office of the company was shifted from Delhi to Haryana.

2003

  • Mr S P Kanwar acquired a controlling shareholding of 15.43% in the company from Mr S S Kanwar and Mrs Surjeet Kaur.

2006

  • Mr S P Kanwar acquired a further shareholding of 9.53% in the company from Mr O S Kanwar and M/s Neeraj Consultants Limited.

2011

  • Mr S P Kanwar acquired a further shareholding of 6.20% in the company from Mrs Gurmeet Kaur.

2012

  • The company acquired 100% paid-up share capital of Xlerate Driveline India Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

2014

  • The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.20 per equity share.
  • Mr Shalesh Kumar was designated as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
  • The company bagged four piping orders in various power projects valued at Rs 83.40 crores.

2015

  • Raunaq International Ltd obtained a piping order worth Rs 25.66 crores.
  • Raunaq International Ltd bagged a piping order worth Rs 6.29 crores from BHEL.
  • Raunaq International Ltd changed its name to Raunaq EPC International Ltd.
  • Raunaq EPC International received a piping order worth Rs 1560 lacs from Lanco Avidarbha Power.

2024

  • The company name was changed to Raunaq International Ltd from Raunaq EPC International Ltd.
