Mr. Surinder Paul Kanwar, a director at Raunaq International Limited, received an anonymous letter questioning his citizenship status and a subsequent communication from the Regional Director's office of Ministry of Corporate Affairs requesting citizenship information. Kanwar has provided the required details to authorities and confirmed he holds only a valid Indian passport at present, while questioning the jurisdiction and requesting a copy of the underlying complaint.
