Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Reports Stable Q2 Performance with Net Profit of ₹306 Lakh

Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited reported quarterly results for the period ended September 30, 2025. On a consolidated basis, the company recorded total income of ₹1,813 lakh compared to ₹1,837 lakh in the same quarter last year, representing a marginal 1.3% decline primarily due to reduced other income. Net profit remained stable at ₹306 lakh versus ₹312 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the half-year period, consolidated net profit increased 2.3% to ₹616 lakh from ₹602 lakh. On a standalone basis, net profit for the quarter was ₹258 lakh compared to ₹243 lakh in the same period last year, showing a 6.2% improvement. The company continues to provide infrastructure support services including transportation of petroleum products and raw water through pipelines, primarily to Reliance Industries Limited. The company stated it does not have any expansion plans currently.

Reliance Industrial Infrastructure has announced its Q1 consolidated financial results. The company reported a net profit of 31 million rupees, compared to 29 million rupees in the same period last year. Revenue for Q1 stood at 125 million rupees, up from 124 million rupees year-over-year.
