1989

Armour Polymers Limited was incorporated on 1st June as a Private Limited Company.

1990

The Company became a Public Limited Company with effect from 3rd March.

1991

The company achieved a turnover of Rs 47 crores with a post-tax profit of Rs 1.84 crores.

2012

Mr. L. R. Daga was appointed as additional director of the Company.
