Resonance Specialties Reports 23% Decline in Q1 Revenue to Rs 2,127 Crore

Resonance Specialties Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The chemical manufacturing company reported revenue from operations of Rs 2,127.42 lakhs, compared to Rs 2,420.17 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs 1,730.22 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 163.04 lakhs, down from Rs 305.75 lakhs in the previous quarter but up from Rs 58.80 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Basic earnings per share was Rs 1.41 compared to Rs 2.63 in the previous quarter and Rs 0.51 in the same quarter last year. The company operates in chemical manufacturing with geographical segments in India and outside India. Export revenue increased to Rs 1,065.49 lakhs from Rs 662.46 lakhs in the same quarter last year, while domestic revenue remained relatively stable at Rs 1,061.93 lakhs compared to Rs 1,067.76 lakhs.
