1991	The company issued 85,50,000 equity shares at par. 17,00,000 shares were allotted to promoters, Indian resident directors, etc. 2,50,000 shares were allotted to M/s. Mori-SpA, Italy. 10,00,000 shares were allotted to Mutual Funds and venture capital Funds. 5,00,000 shares were allotted to APIDC. 4,27,500 shares were reserved for preferential allotment to employees, etc. 46,72,500 shares were offered to the public in December along with 79,800 shares not taken up by employees.
