1990	The Company was incorporated on 26th September. The Company obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 27th September. The Company undertook to set up a project on a piece of land at Halol Harni Road, Baroda, Gujarat for tea blending and packaging. The Company proposed to issue 1,93,20,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par on rights basis. The Company proposed to offer 8,50,000 shares to employees at par. The authorised capital was increased from Rs.50 Lakhs equity shares to 250 lakhs equity shares. The Company acted as Co-promoter of M/s. Jolly Packwell Limited for its backward integration project of packing materials.
2017	The Company name was changed to Retro Green Revolution Ltd. from Jolly Merchandise Ltd.
