The Company proposed to issue 1,93,20,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par on rights basis. The Company proposed to offer 8,50,000 shares to employees at par. The authorised capital was increased from Rs.50 Lakhs equity shares to 250 lakhs equity shares. The Company acted as Co-promoter of M/s. Jolly Packwell Limited for its backward integration project of packing materials.
