1991
- The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 6th August as Associated Textile Rubber Products Private Limited.
1992
- The existing unit was set up with term loan assistance from The Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (TIIC).
1994
- The Company commenced commercial production on 1st March.
- The Company was converted into Associated Textile Rubber Products Limited (ASTER) on 30th November.
2011
- The Company changed its name from Associated Textile Rubber Products Ltd. to SRK Industries Ltd.
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to 3/42, Palaniappa Nagar, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore.
2012
- The appointment of Mr. S. L. Ojha and Mr. H. P. Choursia as independent directors was approved.
- The appointment of Mr. Rakeshchand M Jain as an Executive Director cum Compliance Officer of the Company was approved.
2013
- The Company approved the allotment of 3,88,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par.
- The Registered office of the Company was shifted from the state of Tamil Nadu to the State of Maharashtra.
- SRK Industries split its face value from Rs 10/- to 5/-.
2014
- The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Harish Ratanchand Jain as Independent Director of the Company.
- The Registered office of the company was shifted from F-35, Shagun Arcade, Film City Road, Dindoshi, Malad (East), Mumbai to 310, V Star Plaza, 'A' Wing, Chandawarkar Road, Borivali (West) Mumbai.
2020
- The Company name was changed to RRIL Ltd. from SRK Industries Ltd.
