RRIL Limited Reports Quarterly Results and Announces 50% Stake Acquisition in Sumati Spintex

RRIL Limited's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 15.20 lakhs and net profit of Rs 29.52 lakhs for the quarter. Consolidated revenue reached Rs 2,398.48 lakhs with net profit of Rs 200.54 lakhs. The board also approved the acquisition of up to 59,75,000 equity shares (50% stake) in Sumati Spintex Private Limited for Rs 6.05 crores. Sumati Spintex is a yarn manufacturer with annual production capacity of approximately 5 lakh tons and reported turnover of Rs 15,062.44 lakhs in FY 2024. Additionally, the company appointed M/s Shreyans Jain & Co. as secretarial auditor for five years and M/s Vikas N Jain & Associates as internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2025.
