Saraswati Commercial Acquires 0.06% Stake in Pine Labs Through IPO Anchor Investment

Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited has completed its acquisition of 6,78,777 equity shares in Pine Labs Limited at Rs. 221 per share, totaling Rs. 15.00 crores. The acquisition was made through the anchor category in Pine Labs' IPO, which had an issue size of Rs. 3,899.91 crore. The allotment represents 0.06% of Pine Labs' post-issue capital. Pine Labs is a merchant commerce platform providing point-of-sale solutions, payment processing, and merchant financing services. The company reported a turnover of Rs. 2,327.09 crores for the year ended March 31, 2025, with a net worth of negative Rs. 2,244.27 crores. Saraswati Commercial, an NBFC engaged in investment activities, made this investment as part of its normal business operations as a financial investor.
