The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 4,757.41 lakhs for the half-year period compared to Rs 7,965.69 lakhs for the full year ended March 31, 2025. The company recorded exceptional items of Rs 219.33 lakhs during the half-year, primarily from the sale of land parcels located at Vittalapuram Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District for a consideration of Rs 675.60 lakhs, resulting in a profit of Rs 252.84 lakhs. Total expenses for the half-year stood at Rs 4,035.39 lakhs. The company operates in the hospitality sector with hotel operations as its primary business segment. Cash and cash equivalents increased significantly to Rs 466.88 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 79.38 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on November 8, 2025.

Savera Industries approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing revenue from operations of Rs 2,207.53 lakhs compared to Rs 1,793.43 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company reported a profit of Rs 574.55 lakhs for the quarter, with exceptional items of Rs 219.33 lakhs primarily from land sale profits of Rs 232.84 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs 4.82. The board also approved opening a new restaurant in Thoraipakkam, Chennai under the "Andhra Tiffin Room" brand through a franchise agreement with Amaravathi Restaurants Pvt Ltd. The restaurant venture involves a 6% monthly royalty on turnover and an estimated investment of up to Rs 60 lakhs. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
