Shakti Press Approves Authorized Share Capital Increase and Business Diversification into Agriculture

Shakti Press Limited's Board of Directors approved increasing the company's authorized share capital from Rs. 16.53 crores to Rs. 31.53 crores. The increase expands equity shares from 1.35 crore to 2.85 crore shares of Rs. 10 each, while maintaining 3 lakh non-cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs. 100 each. The Board also approved adding new business objectives to diversify into agriculture, including cultivation, processing, and trading of agricultural products, organic produce, and herbal products. Additional approved activities include consulting services for farmers, manufacturing agricultural equipment like sprayers, and providing financial assistance guidance to agricultural businesses.
