Sprayking Limited Reports Quarterly Results for Quarter Ended September 30, 2025

Sprayking Limited, a manufacturer and exporter of brass forged and turn components, announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 497.69 lakh for the quarter, compared to Rs. 1,594.34 lakh in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter was Rs. 14.06 lakh versus Rs. 43.80 lakh in the previous year quarter. For the half year, standalone revenue was Rs. 1,411.85 lakh against Rs. 3,603.54 lakh last year, with net profit of Rs. 40.52 lakh compared to Rs. 194.05 lakh. On a consolidated basis, quarterly revenue from operations was Rs. 1,966.13 lakh versus Rs. 2,824.22 lakh last year, with net profit of Rs. 410.33 lakh compared to Rs. 90.75 lakh. The consolidated results include subsidiary Narmadesh Brass Industries Limited. The Board meeting was held on October 16, 2025, and the results were reviewed by the Audit Committee before Board approval.

Sprayking Limited Increases Authorized Share Capital to Rs. 22.5 Crores

Sprayking Limited shareholders approved the alteration of Capital Clause V in the company's Memorandum of Association at the 21st Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2025. The authorized share capital increased from Rs. 22 crores to Rs. 22.5 crores, divided into 22.5 crore equity shares of Re. 1 each. The approval was confirmed through a Scrutinizer's Report dated September 20, 2025. Managing Director Hitesh Dudhagara signed the regulatory notification to BSE Limited on September 23, 2025.

Sprayking Limited Completes Equity Share Sub-Division, New Shares Credited to Shareholders

Sprayking Limited has completed the sub-division of its equity shares, splitting each share with a face value of ₹2 into two shares with a face value of ₹1 each. The sub-divided shares have been credited under new ISIN INE5370U01037 by both NSDL and CDSL. Following the split, the company's authorized share capital remains at ₹22 crore but the number of shares doubled from 11 crore to 22 crore shares. The issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital value stays at approximately ₹2.11 crore, with share count increasing from about 1.06 crore to 2.11 crore shares. Both depositories confirmed successful processing of the corporate action on August 13-14, 2025.
