Sudal Industries Reports Mixed Q2 Results Amid Ongoing Supreme Court Legal Battle

Sudal Industries Limited announced unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, with revenue from operations at Rs 4,496.96 lakhs for Q2 and Rs 8,665.95 lakhs for H1. The company's going concern status remains dependent on the outcome of a Supreme Court appeal regarding its Pre-package Insolvency Resolution Plan, which received a stay order on October 4, 2024.

Sudal Industries Reports 21% Revenue Growth But 77% Profit Decline in Q1 FY2026

Sudal Industries Limited reported total income from operations of Rs. 4176.71 lakhs for Q1 FY2026, representing a 21% increase from Rs. 3452.14 lakhs in Q1 FY2025. However, net profit after tax declined significantly from Rs. 176.39 lakhs to Rs. 40.84 lakhs during the same period. The company is currently involved in legal proceedings related to a Prepackage Insolvency Resolution Plan, with an appeal pending before the Supreme Court after NCLAT set aside the NCLT order from August 10, 2023. The company had previously written back liabilities of Rs. 12,540.97 lakhs in Q2 FY2024 following the NCLT order.
