- The Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name Aminsons Leather Finishers Private Limited.
1989
- The name of the Company was changed to Aminson Limited.
- The Company was promoted by Shri Chaudhary Ehsan Karim and his family members.
- The Company obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation from the Register of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, at Kanpur.
1990
