Company History

1992

  • The company was incorporated on 24th January at New Delhi.
  • The company obtained the certificate of Commencement of business on 13th February.
  • The Company undertook to set up a software development centre in Delhi and export software as an off-shore centre.
  • The Company opened eight training institutes under the name C-SET.
  • The Company entered into marketing tie up with Infolink solutions Inc. and Shining Start Pty. Ltd.
  • The Company issued 58,87,500 No. of equity shares at par.

1993

  • The company signed an MOU with UPDESCO of Lucknow for providing trained man power and facilities on Unisys platforms for software exports.
  • The Company's Public issue of equity shares had an overwhelming response from the Indian Public and Non-Resident Indians.

1995

  • The Public Issue of 22,94,300 equity shares was oversubscribed and shares were allotted on 18th April.

1996

  • The Company tied up with international software product companies for marketing of their products in India.
  • The Company tied up with Active Voice, U.S.A. for marketing of Voice Mail Systems in India.

1997

  • The Company was awarded exclusive distributorship of Corel WordPerfect for marketing in India and neighbouring countries.

1999

  • The Company offered and issued 60,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each through private placement/preferential allotment/prospectus.

2000

  • The Company allotted 40,75,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par to the core promoter of the company.
  • Corel Corporation of Canada entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Svam Software Limited.

2007

  • The Company created an E-mail ID for Investor Grievance purpose.

2011

  • The registered office of the Company was shifted to S-524, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.
