1993

1996
- The Company tied up with international software product companies for marketing of their products in India.

- The Company was awarded exclusive distributorship of Corel WordPerfect for marketing in India and neighbouring countries.
1999
- The Company offered and issued 60,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each through private placement/preferential allotment/prospectus.
2000
- The Company allotted 40,75,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par to the core promoter of the company.
- Corel Corporation of Canada entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Svam Software Limited.
2007
- The Company created an E-mail ID for Investor Grievance purpose.
2011
- The registered office of the Company was shifted to S-524, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.
