1909

1975

  • The Jubilee Mills Ltd. was amalgamated with the Company.

1976

  • The scheme of amalgamation with Jubilee Mills Ltd. was approved by the High Court of Bombay.

1978

  • The Coorla Spinning and Weaving Co. Ltd. was amalgamated with the Company.

2004

  • The Ajay Piramal group entered into an alliance with the promoters of Swan Mills.

2006

  • The Company split its Face value of Shares from Rs 100 to Rs 2.

2008

  • The Company name was changed from Swan Mills Ltd to Swan Energy Ltd.

2010

  • The Company appointed Mr. Rajkumar Sukhdevsinhji as an Additional Director.
  • The Board considered a dividend of 10% on Equity Shares.

2011

  • Swan Mills declared a dividend of 10%.

2013

  • Environment clearance was received for the development of project Floating Storage and regassification Unit based LNG import terminal near Pipavav, Gujarat.
  • Development of the Project Greenfield LNG Port Terminal with Floating Storage and regassification Unit at Jafrabad, Gujarat started.
  • Split/Sub-Division of the Face Value of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs 2 to Rs 1.
  • Swan LNG became a wholly owned subsidiary of Swan Energy.

2014

  • The Company recommended a dividend of Rs 0.15 per Equity Share.
  • Swan Energy split its face value from Rs 2 to Rs 1.

2016

  • Swan Energy Ltd signed a MOU with Petronas and Alpha Energy Ltd.
  • Swan Energy Ltd received approval from Gujarat Maritime Board for commencement of construction of LNG terminal in Gujarat.

2017

  • Swan Energy entered into agreements with Mitsui OSK Lines, Tokyo, Japan, for its India's first LNG dedicated FSRU port project at Jafrabad, Gujarat.

2020

  • Achieved financial closure for Swan LNG Private Limited.
  • The FSRU vessel was delivered to Hyundai Heavy Industries Shipyard, South Korea.
  • OCS and GOTS certification received.

2021

  • Swan Energy acquired Veritas Infra & logistics Private Limited.
  • Swan increased processing capacity at its textile unit to 30 lakh meters a month.

2022

  • Swan Energy Ltd acquired 100% equity share capital of Swan Mills Limited.

2023

  • Completion of Acquisition of shares and control of Veritas (India) Limited.
