2020	The company commenced manufacturing controllers for EV battery management systems. The company received investment from South Asia Growth Fund II Holdings LLC and South Asia EBT Trust.
2021	The company acquired SGS Tekniks Manufacturing Private Limited. The company acquired 75% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Perfect ID India Private Limited. The company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and changed its name to Syrma SGS Technology Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC to the company.
