2021

  • The company acquired SGS Tekniks Manufacturing Private Limited.
  • The company acquired 75% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Perfect ID India Private Limited.
  • The company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and changed its name to Syrma SGS Technology Limited.
  • A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC to the company.

  • Syrma SGS Technology received the Golden Globe Tiger Award for Best in Training & OD.
