For the half-year period, the company's net loss widened to Rs 215.55 lakhs from Rs 166.89 lakhs in the previous year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 15.81 lakhs for the quarter. The company's total assets decreased to Rs 1,915.43 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, from Rs 1,882.59 lakhs in March 2025. The company faces several legal disputes including gratuity payments of Rs 28.23 lakhs demanded by the Second Labour Court for 21 former seasonal workers, water usage charges of Rs 19.93 lakhs from Maharashtra's Irrigation Department, and outstanding tax demands of Rs 231.91 lakhs from Gram Panchayat Office.
