Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Limited reported a net loss of Rs 115.55 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 114.26 lakhs in the same period last year. For the half-year period, the company's net loss widened to Rs 215.55 lakhs from Rs 166.89 lakhs in the previous year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 15.81 lakhs for the quarter. The company faces several legal disputes including gratuity payments of Rs 28.23 lakhs demanded by the Second Labour Court for 21 former seasonal workers, water usage charges of Rs 19.93 lakhs from Maharashtra's Irrigation Department, and outstanding tax demands of Rs 231.91 lakhs from Gram Panchayat Office. The company has disputed all these claims and made partial payments while appealing the decisions. Basic earnings per share showed a loss of Rs 33.98 per share for the quarter.
