2005
- Entered into the first agreement for appointment of an exhibition franchisee in connection with the installation of E-Cinema digital cinema system and launch of digital cinema business of the Company in India.
2006
- The name of the Company was changed to UFO India Private Limited.
- The Company was converted into a public company and its name was changed to UFO India Limited.
- Acquisition by Edridge Limited of a 51% stake in UFO International Private Limited.
2007
- Private equity investment by 3i Digital Media.
2008
- Launch of our in-cinema advertising platform.
- Sanction of the scheme of amalgamation by the High Court of Delhi.
- Signing of agreement with Southern Digital Screenz India Private Limited for installation of UFO-M4 digital cinema systems in southern India.
2010
- Increase in stake by Edridge Limited from 51% to 100% in UFO International Private Limited.
- First non-film application of UFO M4 technology.
2011
- Private equity investment by P5 Asia Holding Investments.
- Investment in SDS and DCI solution provider Scrabble Entertainment Limited.
- Launch of operations in U.A.E., Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Oman and Jordan through the Subsidiary, SEJLT.
2012
- The Company is one among India 500 Certificate of Excellence in recognition of exemplary growth.
2013
- Incorporation of SVLLC and SVM, the Associates, to launch operations in North America.
2014
- Digitally delivered 1,720 movies in 31 languages to 4,703 screens spread across India.
- Entered into an investment agreement for acquisition of VDSPL.
- The Company has been placed among Indias TOP SME 100 Awards.
2017
- Company has entered a strategic tie up with United Media Works Pvt Ltd, a digital cinema technology and service provider having more than 300 digitized cinema screens on its network in India.

- Amalgamation amongst UFO Moviez India Limited, Qube Cinema Technologies Private Limited, Qube Digital Cinema Private Limited, Moviebuff Private Limited and PJSA Technosoft Private Limited.
- NOVA Cinemaz enters in programming and branding agreement with 10 theatres in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
- UFO Moviez Franchise brand NOVA Cinemaz launched Mundras first multiplex Aradhaya NOVA Cinemaz.
