Valiant Communications Allots 6 Lakh Convertible Warrants Worth Rs 46.08 Crore

Valiant Communications Limited's Board approved the allotment of 6,00,000 fully convertible warrants at Rs 768 per warrant to six investors including Shankar Sharma, Rajiv Khanna, and multiple funds on a preferential basis. The allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital on a fully diluted basis to Rs 12.04 crore comprising 1,20,42,090 equity shares of Rs 10 face value each.

Valiant Communications Limited has received in-principle approval from BSE for issuing 6,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares at Rs. 768 per share to non-promoters on a preferential basis. The warrant issue, valued at approximately Rs. 46.08 crore, will allow conversion into equity shares of Rs. 10 each upon exercise.
