Four special resolutions were passed including insertion of object clauses in the memorandum, reduction of paid-up share capital, amendment of share capital clause, and reappointment of Mohan Rao Penugonda as Chairman & Managing Director. All resolutions except the Chairman's reappointment received 100% approval, while Penugonda's reappointment received 99.999993% support with only one vote against.
