2009	The Company was recognized for its quality Management System with ISO/TS 9001:2008 for manufacturing of Bearing Rollers.
2010	The Company purchased Land bearing Plot No. 2 and 3 from Virdeep Engineering Private Limited.
2011	The Company ventured into wind mill by installing wind turbine generator and commissioned 0.250MW capacity. The Company was recognized for Health and Safety Management System with OHSAS 18001:2007.
2014	The Company was recognized for Environmental Management System with ISO 14001:2004 for manufacturing of Bearing Rollers.
2015	The Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed from Vishal Bearings Private Limited to Vishal Bearings Limited. Revenue from operations remained relatively stable at Rs 2,222.50 lacs versus Rs 2,213.69 lacs in the previous quarter, but declined from Rs 2,323.33 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's loss before tax was Rs 171.83 lacs. Total expenses increased to Rs 2,418.46 lacs, with cost of material consumed rising significantly to Rs 1,354.14 lacs from Rs 1,086.37 lacs in the previous quarter. The company operates in manufacturing and selling of bearing rollers and allied activities. Earnings per share stood at negative Rs 1.34.
