The company had previously intimated about delays in submitting these financial results due to non-availability of financial information. Jayanti Lal Jain serves as the Resolution Professional, with the Board of Directors suspended during the insolvency process. The RP Committee meeting will function in place of the suspended Board of Directors to fulfill regulatory obligations under SEBI listing requirements.
