Year	History
2019	Entered into a long-term contract with Honeywell International Inc. for supply of aerospace products.
2021	Acquired 23.45 acres of land to construct a new plant for production. Raised 600 million worth of capital for the first time by our Company. Entered into a long-term contract with GE Aviation for supply of aerospace products. Established capabilities for special processes.
2022	Acquired 18.50 acres of land to construct a new plant for production. Raised 2,173 million worth of capital for the first time by our Company. Received the certificate for Fluid Distribution Systems from the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program for the aerospace products of the Company. Received the National MSME Award 2022 by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise for first prize in manufacturing export medium Enterprise.
2023	The name of our Company was changed to Azad Engineering Limited pursuant to the conversion of our Company from a private limited company to a public limited company. Onboarded marquee investors from the sports fraternity. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC.
2024	The Company received order from Honeywell Aerospace ISC, USA, for manufacturing and supply of high complex components to meet the global demand in the aviation industry. The Company entered into an asset purchase agreement and related documents with Leo Primecomp Private Limited. The Company received order for a tenure of 5 years from Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. Germany to manufacture and supply critical rotating components.
