Clara Industries Allots 57.5 Lakh Convertible Warrants at Rs 25 Each to Promoters and Public Investors

Clara Industries Limited has allotted 57,50,000 fully convertible warrants at Rs 25 per warrant to promoter/promoter group and non-promoter public category investors. The warrants can be converted into equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each within 18 months from allotment date. The company received Rs 3.59 crores as 25% of the issue price from allottees. Promoter group received 52 lakh warrants with Parry Kukreja and Nikhil Kukreja each getting 25 lakh warrants, while non-promoter public investors received 5.5 lakh warrants. The allotment was approved by the Fund raising committee on July 23, 2025, following an earlier approval of 50 lakh equity shares on July 16, 2025.

Both acquisitions represent 9.74% stakes in the company's total paid-up equity share capital. The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each.
