Eminence Global Fund PCC Eubilia Capital Partners Fund I and North Star Opportunities Fund VCC-Bull Value Incorporated Vcc Sub-Fund have each acquired 25,00,000 equity shares of Clara Industries Limited through preferential allotment on July 16, 2025. Both acquisitions represent 9.74% stakes in the company's total paid-up equity share capital. The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each. Following these acquisitions, Clara Industries' equity share capital increased from Rs. 20,67,29,000 (2,06,72,900 shares) to Rs. 25,67,29,000 (2,56,72,900 shares).
