2010
- Luhruaka Sales & Services Limited was incorporated on July 5, 2010.
2011
- The Company changed its name from Parasnath Textiles Ltd to Comfort Fincap Ltd.
2013
- The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of 5% i.e. Re. 0.50 per share on the Paid up Capital of the Company.
- The Board of Directors approved the sub-division of face value of each equity share from Rs. 10 to Re. 1.
2014
- The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of 2% i.e. Re. 0.20 per share on the Paid up Capital of the Company.
2015
- Comfort Fincap Ltd recommended a dividend of 2% i.e. Re. 0.20 per share.
2023
- The Company has split its face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 2.
- Comfort Fincap Limited entered into a Service Agreement Cum Business Correspondent Agreement with Jetfinx Services LLP on January 03, 2023.
- Comfort Fincap Limited expanded and diversified its business operations by entering into Retail Lending Services.
