Luharuka Sales & Services Private Limited acquired 45,782 equity shares of Comfort Fincap Limited through open market transactions on September 24-25, 2025. The acquisition increased Luharuka's shareholding from 5.90% to 5.95% of Comfort Fincap's total share capital. Luharuka, which belongs to the promoter group, purchased 5,234 shares on September 24 and 40,548 shares on September 25.
