2016	The first of the follow-on WJ-FAC, INS Tarmugli, was delivered to the Indian Navy. The Company delivered one ship of the class new generation landing crafts to Indian Navy. 2017	The Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to the shareholders resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Company delivered two ships of the class new generation landing crafts to Indian Navy.
