  • Introduced process analyzers following Honeywell's acquisition of Leeds and Northrup Analyzer Division.

1998

  • HPCL awarded turnkey contract for off-site automation at Mahul refinery.
  • HPL signed MoU requiring lumpsum turnkey contractors to procure DCS and smart transmitters from company.

1999

  • Took over distribution rights from Honeywell India for industrial automation systems business.
  • Planned expansion into oil, gas, and new power plants.
  • Selected as best affiliate/joint venture of 1998.
  • Honeywell-Allied Signal merger anticipated to create new opportunities.

2000

  • Signed MoU and formed 50:50 JV with Group4 Securitas, creating Central Monitoring Services Pvt. Ltd.
