Honeywell Automation India Reports Q2 Results; Board Approves Director Changes

Honeywell Automation India Limited's Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a profit of ₹1,195 million for Q2 2025, compared to ₹1,351 million in Q2 2024. Total income for the quarter was ₹14,936 million versus ₹12,240 million in the previous quarter. For the half year, profit stood at ₹2,441 million against ₹2,516 million in the same period last year. The company maintains cash and cash equivalents of ₹30,613 million as of September 30, 2025. In leadership changes, Pedro Thena Garrote resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Jake Morgan Wasserman was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both effective November 5, 2025.
