  • SEBI issued Stock Brokers & Sub Brokers Rules and Regulations.

1996

  • The Depositories Act was passed.
  • SEBI issued Regulations for Depositories & Participants.

1997

  • Securities Exchange Board of India issued Regulations for Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeovers.

1998

  • Securities Exchange Board of India issued Regulations for Buyback of Securities.

1999

  • Securities Exchange Board of India issued Guidelines for Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme.

2007

  • Indbank launched IndbankOnline, the online trading portal system.
  • The Bank opened a new branch office at Madurai.

2008

  • The Company opened a new Stock Broking Terminal and launched Indbankonline stock trading point at Anna Nagar, Chennai.
  • The Company opened a new branch office and launched Indbankonline Stock Trading Point at Puducherry.
  • The Company recommended a dividend of 15%.

2009

  • Indbank Merchant Banking Services Ltd opened a new branch office and launched Indbankonline Stock Trading Point at Pune.
  • Inauguration of Tuticorin Branch and Launching of Indbankonline Stock Trading Point.

2012

  • Shri V S Srinivasan was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company.
