Indbank Merchant Banking Services Reports Q2 Financial Results and Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Indbank Merchant Banking Services Limited, a subsidiary of Indian Bank, approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a profit of Rs 185.56 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs 330.01 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total revenue from operations decreased to Rs 627.77 lakhs from Rs 812.98 lakhs year-over-year. For the six-month period, profit stood at Rs 399.45 lakhs versus Rs 615.15 lakhs in the previous year. The company's earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 0.42 compared to Rs 0.74 in the same period last year. Additionally, M/s. Anand & Ponnappan, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as Statutory Auditors for financial year 2025-26 by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
