2011	Jagran Prakashan launched the Urdu newspaper Inquilab. Jagran Prakashan launched the Punjabi newspaper Punjabi Jagran.
2012	Jagran Prakashan acquired Suvi Info Management (Indore) Private Limited. The company allotted 1,500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Privately Placed Debentures.
2013	Mr. Anuj Puri and Mr. Dilip Cherian were appointed as non-executive Independent Additional Directors. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share. Mr. Satish Chandra Mishra was appointed as a non-independent Additional Director.
2014	Jagran Prakashan Limited recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share. Jagran Prakashan Limited agreed to acquire Music Broadcast Private Limited, India's leading radio network.
2015	Jagran Prakashan completed the acquisition of Radio City.
