  • The Company's name was changed from A&M Communications Private Limited to Just Dial Private Limited.

2007

  • The Company launched its website http://www.justdial.com.
  • Tiger Global Four Holdings and Tiger Global Principals Limited invested ` 40,140,750 in the Company.
  • SAIF made a second round of investment of ` 8,283,839.58 in the Company.
  • The Company launched its search service through SMS and mobile internet.

2009

  • The Company's website received 25 million visits in a year for the first time.

2011

  • SAPV and EGCS invested ` 166,932,666 each in the Company.
  • The Company demerged its IT-related testing and other related services to JD Global.
  • The Company was converted into a public limited company and its name was changed to Just Dial Limited.

2012

  • Sequoia I and Sequoia II invested ` 3,269,507,759 in the Company.
  • SAPV made a second round of investment in the Company.

2013

  • Just Dial announced the launch of Search Plus Services for its users.
  • Just Dial received the Indian Digital Media Awards 2013.

2014

  • Just Dial expanded its services globally to the UK and UAE.

2015

  • Just Dial launched its new Android app Search Plus.

2016

  • JustDial launched its 'one-stop' app (Business Line).

2021

  • Just Dial launched its exclusive B2B platform, Jd Mart.
