1998	The Company reviewed its positioning to lock into high growth opportunities. The Company accepted Inter-Corporate Deposits and repaid or renewed them on due dates.
1999	The Union Budget abolished stamp duty on secondary market debt transactions routed through a depository. Interest rate swaps and forward rate agreements were introduced in the fixed income markets. Khandwala Securities Ltd planned to set up an Asset Management Company. The company redeemed 17.5% Secured Non-Convertible Debentures and 13.5% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares. The company issued 12.5% and 12% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares.
2005	The Company appointed Mr. S. M. Parande as the new Chairman.
2012	The Company signed an agreement with Daulton Capital Corporation to raise funds for a gold mining project in Australia.
