Year	History
1990	The Company was incorporated on 21st November at Gwalior, M.P. The company was promoted by S.S. Arora, J.P. Agarwal, and K.C. Sharma. The company undertook to set up a solvent extraction plant for the manufacture of soyabean oil and de-oiled cakes. Land measuring 8.69 acres was obtained at Nagpur Kalan Village in the Itarsi district of Hoshangabad, M.P. M/s. Glanptech Agro Processes Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai supplied the extraction plant. M/s. Alfa Laval (India) Ltd. supplied the continuous oil refinery plant. M/s. Thermax Ltd. supplied a boiler with a capacity of 3 TPD.
1995	24,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each were subscribed by promoters, directors, and their friends. 21,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each were issued through a prospectus. 5,00,000 shares were reserved and allotted to NRIs and FSIs on a repatriation basis. 10,000 shares were reserved for employees, but only 20,000 shares were taken up. 4,00,000 shares were reserved for Indian Mutual Funds, but only 75,000 shares were taken up. 12,10,000 shares, along with 3,33,000 unsubscribed shares, were issued to the public.
2007	Shri. Kailash Chand Sharma was appointed as the Managing Director.
2008	The Company designated an email id for the grievance redressal division and compliance officer.
2014	Mrs. Nikita Attri was appointed as Company Secretary. Mr. Ritesh Sharma was appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
