  • The company was promoted by S.S. Arora, J.P. Agarwal, and K.C. Sharma.
  • The company undertook to set up a solvent extraction plant for the manufacture of soyabean oil and de-oiled cakes.
  • Land measuring 8.69 acres was obtained at Nagpur Kalan Village in the Itarsi district of Hoshangabad, M.P.
  • M/s. Glanptech Agro Processes Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai supplied the extraction plant.
  • M/s. Alfa Laval (India) Ltd. supplied the continuous oil refinery plant.
  • M/s. Thermax Ltd. supplied a boiler with a capacity of 3 TPD.

  • 24,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each were subscribed by promoters, directors, and their friends.
  • 21,20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each were issued through a prospectus.
