Nirav Commercials Reports Net Loss for Quarter Ended September 2025

Nirav Commercials Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The aluminum products manufacturer reported a net loss of ₹0.06 crores for the quarter, compared to a net loss of ₹0.05 crores in the previous quarter. Net sales declined to ₹2.20 crores from ₹2.88 crores in the prior quarter. Total expenses were ₹2.37 crores, with cost of materials consumed being the largest component at ₹1.30 crores. The company's cash and cash equivalents stood at ₹0.09 crores. The auditors issued a qualified opinion noting that provisions for gratuity and leave encashment were not done as per actuarial valuation as required under accounting standards, though the company made provisions on an estimated basis.
