Resgen Limited could not complete its proposed acquisition of Resgen Protech Private Limited due to delays in securing regulatory approvals within the planned timelines. The company instead acquired specific assets from the target company related to its Tyre Pyrolysis Business project. Resgen will now conduct this business internally using Advanced Batch Automated Process/Continuous Process with LDO/LPG/LSHS fired reactors designed for zero emission and zero discharge operations.
